Return and Refund Policy

At Simply Copacetic Designs , we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made products just for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to make it right.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
✔ The item arrives damaged due to shipping or production issues.
✔ There is a mistake on our part (wrong design, incorrect customization, etc.).

To request a refund, please email us at simplycopaceticdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review your request and notify you of the next steps.


Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely production and delivery. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
✖ Custom and personalized orders (unless defective or incorrect)
✖ Digital downloads or digital products
✖ Items that have been used or altered after delivery


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier for further assistance.
